Tastes like carrot cake in a glass! Almond milk makes for an extra creamy, and vegan, smoothie. Top with a dash of cinnamon.

Carrot Cake Smoothie
Extra Fine Granulated Sugar

  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 banana
  • 4 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar


  1. Peel banana and cut into 5-6 pieces.
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into each serving glass.
