INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 avocado (discard skin and seed)
- 1 frozen ripe banana (the more ripe, the better)
- 1 pitted date
- 10 raw almonds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons 100% unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour and enjoy!
