This smoothie is a great way to start your day or re-fuel after a tough workout. It is chock full of healthy nutrients, and hits the chocolate spot every time!

Chocolacado Smoothie
Extra Fine Granulated Sugar

  • 1/2 avocado (discard skin and seed)
  • 1 frozen ripe banana (the more ripe, the better)
  • 1 pitted date
  • 10 raw almonds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons 100% unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour and enjoy!
