Banana, tomato and yellow bell pepper smoothie with olive oil. Sweet and very smooth (thanks to olive oil). I addeed olive oil to make a "better for you smoothie". One tablespoon of olive oil every day is good for your digestion. Delicious and healthy smoothie.

  • 1/2 small yellow bell pepper
  • 7-8 grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon spoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil (your preference)


  1. Chop yellow bell pepper. Cut tomatoes into half. Slice banana.
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
