Four 12 oz glasses


  • 1 tomato, peeled
  • 1 stick celery
  • 1/2 carrot, sliced
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 can of ring pineapple with juice
  • 1 medium peach
  • ice


  1. Add tomato, celery, carrot, apple, peach and pineapples with juices into a blender one at a time.
  2. Add ice and blend until smooth.
