Blackberry Mojitos (or mocktails) are a refreshing light spring or summer beverage. These Blackberry Mojitos are super easy to mix up and you can make them nonalcoholic by just omitting the rum. Serve them at a bridal shower, at a pool party, or backyard BBQ.
