Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with this smooth and sweet Enchanted Forest Irish Cream. Fair warning - it goes down very easily, so partake in moderation or you might end up dancing with a leprechaun or two. Best served chilled as an after dinner drink.

Enchanted Forest Irish Cream

Sweetened Condensed Milk

Irish Cream

  • 2 cups whipping cream (or whole milk)
  • 1 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 1/2 cup vodka


  1. Over medium heat, combine evaporated milk and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla.
  3. Let stand until cooled.
  4. Once cool, combine with remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. 
  5. Pour into a decorative bottle and store in refrigerator. 
  6. Serve chilled, over ice, or splashed into coffee for a taste of Irish fun.

  2. In a time pinch? Substitue 1 can store-bought sweetened condensed milk for homemade.
