INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 cup Dixie Crystals Light Brown Sugar
• 1/2 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (spoon and sweep method*)
• 1/4 cup instant oats
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger
• 1 large Granny Smith apple, large dice

Topping

• 1/2 cup packed Dixie Crystals Light Brown Sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• *Using spoon fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. (Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.)
