Low-sugar cheesecake recipe with a hint of lemon. Cut your sugar content in half and still enjoy the smooth, creamy deliciousness of cheesecake with this recipe. Stevicane tastes and bakes just like sugar.

Steviacane Lemon Cheesecake

  • 1 prepared 9-inch graham crust
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/8 cup Steviacane
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat cream cheese and Steviacane until combined.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla and lemon zest and beat until fluffy.
  4. Pour batter into crust.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Chill before serving.  Top with your favorite preserves or pie filling.
