Grilling isn’t just for the main course. While you already have the grill (or grill pan) heated up try our grilled fruit bruschetta appetizer. It’s a light and refreshing way to start a meal.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Lightly drizzle fruit slices with olive oil. Sprinkle with sugar. Place onto hot grill pan and cook until grill marks appear.
  3. Add bread slices to pan. Lightly drizzle oil onto each slice of bread. Cook until bread is toasted and grill marks appear.
  4. To assemble: Spread 1 tablespoon of mascarpone onto each bread slice. Top with 4 slices of fruit and mint leaves.
