Layers of crushed pretzels, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, cashews and coconut combine to make a dense, chewy bar that is the perfect combination of salty and sweet.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine crushed pretzels,  1/4 cup sugar and butter; mixing until well blended. Press onto bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle baked crust with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and nuts.
  5. Combine heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons brown sugar; mixing until well blended. Spoon evenly over bars. Sprinkle with coconut.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until coconut is lightly browned and chips start to melt. Cool; cut into bars.
