Here's a treat that you don't have to feel guilty about. Just pop the ingredients in your blender and you’re done. This creamy, Healthy Chocolate Cream tastes divine, has good-for-you ingredients, and only takes a couple of minutes to make.

Healthy Chocolate Cream
Light Brown Sugar

3-4 servings depending on size of jar


  • 1 avocado, firm but not hard
  • 2 nice ripe but not browning large bananas
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons Dixie Crystals Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 ripe mango (or use raspberries)
  • Few cashew nuts


  1. Combine peeled fruits, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder and salt in a blender.
  2. Puree until super smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and place in fridge.
  4. Blend peeled mango (add a touch of sugar if desired) until smooth.
  5. Pour onto cream and garnish with a few cashew nuts.
