Paletas de Melon



  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat combine water and sugar; stirring until sugar dissolves.  Let to cool to room temperature.
  2. To a blender add diced melon, sugar syrup and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a paleta mold, insert wooden sticks and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
