- Add coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to a slow cooker. Use a whisk to blend ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until hot.
- Ladle Pumpkin Spice Lattes into mugs and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice, if desired.
