- For the topping, in a large nonstick skillet melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Stir in oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook and stir for 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture turns golden brown. Spread topping evenly on a baking sheet and set aside. Wipe out skillet.
- In same skillet melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter over medium-high heat. Add blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until juices are slightly thickened.
- Spoon blueberry mixture into serving bowls. Add topping. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
