This traditional meat loaf’s tangy flavors are delicious with mashed potatoes and green beans or a tossed salad. It’s an easy meat loaf to mix up, perfect for dinner any day of the week.
In a bowl combine all ingredients except meat, stir together.
Add meat to mixture, then mix by hand just until all ingredients are combined.
Spray a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan with vegetable spray. Place meat mixture into loaf pan and pack together by hand to form a loaf.
Place pan into preheated oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Remove from oven. Prepare meatloaf topping.
In a bowl, stir together ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire Sauce.
Spread mixture over top of meatloaf and return to oven for 10 minutes. Once completely cooked, remove from oven and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
