Pina Colada dixie


Frozen Pina Colada

  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks 
  • 1 tablespoon Dixie Crystals Light Brown Sugar
  • 4 cups crushed ice
  • 8 ounces rum*



  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour into hurricane glasses and serve with creme chantilly, pineapple slices, and maraschino cherry, if desired.
  3. Serve immediately.

*For a spicier twist, substitute a spiced rum. Or for an extra coconut boost, substitute coconut rum.
