Ingredients
Pineapple Simple Syrup
- 2 cups (16 ounces) pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Dixie Crystals Light Brown Sugar
Pina Colada Punch
- 8 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
- 6 ounces water
- 2 ounces fresh lime juice
- 14 ounces white rum of choice
- 16 ounces Pineapple Simple Syrup
Directions
- Prepare Pineapple Simple Syrup by combining all ingredients in a small saucepan over a medium flame. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool.
- When ready to prepare, combine all ingredients and stir well. Serve over ice.
- Garnish with fresh pineapple slices and maraschino cherries, if desired.
