- In a mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Mix together with electric mixer.
- Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Heat for 10 more seconds if needed.
- Once chocolate is smooth and slightly cooled, mix it into butter mixture.
- Spoon mixture into an airtight container and store in fridge.
