Black Currant Mojito
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1 tablespoon black currant jam
- 1 1/2 ounces rum
- Club soda
- For garnish: lemon wedges or slices and mint
- To a glass add fresh lemon juice, mint leaves, and sugar. Gently muddle.
- Add black currant jam and rum to glass, stir to combine.
- Fill glass halfway with ice, top with club soda.
- Garnish with lemon and mint.
