Blueberry Thyme Lemonade


  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lemon, sliced, garnish
  • 4-6 sprigs of thyme, garnish


      1. Place blueberries and simple syrup into a large bowl. Using a muddler, muddle berries into syrup. Strain mixture. Discard pulp.
      2. Into a pitcher add: strained muddled berry syrup, lemon juice and water. Stir well to combine. Add lemon slices and thyme.
      3. Transfer to refrigerator to chill.
      4. Serve over ice.
