Caramel Pecan Syrup

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 pouches Redi-Measure or 1/2 cup Dixie Crystals Light Brown Sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup raisins
Directions
- Place ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Serve as a topping on pancakes, biscuits or oatmeal.
Used Craisins in place of raisins. Very yummy. Entire family, even friends, enjoyed.
