No need to dine at Nordstrom’s when you can make this delightful Champagne Vinaigrette Dressing at home. Lemon, garlic, sugar, champagne vinegar and Dijon mustard are whisked together to make this light and tangy dressing that compliments all types of salads.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup champagne vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- Juice and zest of one lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- In a small jar (with lid, to keep stored for later use), combine all ingredients except for olive oil.
- Slowly add olive oil in a small stream to combine. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
