It’s hard to resist this popular Cookies and Cream Ice Cream at any grocery store, so imagine how good it tastes homemade? With just 5 ingredients and no unpronounceable ingredients, this rich and creamy vanilla ice cream loaded with Oreo® cookie pieces will soon become a favorite make-at-home recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3/4 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 2 cups heavy creamy
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo® cookies
Directions
- In a large bowl whisk together milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour in heavy cream and vanilla, and mix until everything is well blended.
- With your ice cream maker on, gradually pour in milk mixture and churn according to manufacturer instructions.
- Once frozen transfer to a large bowl and fold in cookie pieces.
- Store in an air tight container in freezer.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
