Hi Bill, the oven temp is listed in #1 in the directions. It is 250F.

This is an edit to my previous review… As I was making it again and looking over my notes. I need to point out the correct puffs I used are *Chester’s puffcorn (butter flavored) not Cheetos.
I loved this recipe! The coating is a little thinner than the actual beaver nuggets but that is not a complaint! It’s only an observation. I may actually prefer it this way. I use 2 1/2 bags of 3 1/4 oz. Cheetos puff corn butter flavored and since it is already butter flavored I omit the butter flavoring in the recipe.
