Elvis Banana PB&J All Shook Up Smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened cold almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 small banana, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds and frozen
- 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons seedless strawberry preserves
- 2 teaspoons Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped honey roasted peanuts
- Whirl almond milk, yogurt, banana slices, peanut butter, preserves and sugar in blender until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into 2 tall glasses and garnish tops with honey roasted peanuts.
