Five-Cup Fruit Salad
- 1 cup small marshmallows
- 1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 small carton sour cream
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate and serve.
Since I don't care for marshmallows, I'm going to leave those out and add blueberries, fresh apple chopped small and canned peaches.
