Funfetti Cake Pudding Pops

  • 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour*
  • 2 tablespoons Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 (5.1 oz) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

      *Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.

      Directions

      1. In a large microwave mug, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
      2. Make a well in the center and add milk, vanilla extract and vegetable oil. Whisk until smooth. Fold in sprinkles.
      3. Microwave cake for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Invert onto a plate and let cool for 5 minutes. Break apart into small pieces using your fingers, set aside.
      4. In a large bowl, whisk vanilla pudding and milk until smooth. Let sit for 2 minutes. Fold in rainbow sprinkles.
      5. Layer pudding and bites of crumbled cake evenly among 12 popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks.
      6. Freeze for 4 hours, or overnight. Let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature to easily pull from popsicle mold.

      1. En una taza grande microondas, usando una espumadora, bata juntos la harina, azúcar, polvo de hornear y sal.
      2. Haga un hoyo en el centro y agregue la leche, extracto de vainilla y aceite vegetal. Bata hasta que este suave. Usando movimientos envoltorios agregue las grajeas de colores.
      3. Ponga en el microondas por 1 minuto y 30 segundos. Vierta sobre un plato y deje enfriar por 5 minutos. Rompa en varios pedazos usando sus dedos, ponga a un lado.
      4. En un envase grande, bata con una espumadora el pudin de vainilla y leche hasta que este suave. Deje quieto por 2 minutos. Agregue las grajeas de colores y usando movimientos envoltorios mezcle.
      5. Haga capas uniformes de pedacitos de pastel y pudín en los 12 moldes de chupetes. Inserte los palitos de chupete.
      6. Congele por 4 horas, o de un día a otro, Deje quieto por 5 minutos a temperatura ambiente para poder remover los chupetes fácilmente del molde.
