  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion
  • 2 tablespoons basil

  2. Wash turkey well and pat dry with paper towel.
  3. In a bowl combine all ingredients.
  4. Rub down turkey with herb mixture.
  5. Cook turkey according to weight.
