
Pineapple Strawberry Swirl Fruit Pops

Ingredients
Simple Syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
Strawberry Layer
- 8 oz. fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2-4 tablespoons simple syrup
Pineapple Layer
- 8 oz. fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2-4 tablespoons simple syrup
Directions
- Heat water and sugar until sugar has completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature or can be made a day ahead and chilled in refrigerator.
- Puree strawberries, pineapple juice and half of simple syrup in blender. Place into measuring cup with spout and rinse out blender.
- Puree pineapple, pineapple juice and remaining simple syrup in blender. Place into measuring cup with spout.
- Layer strawberry and pineapple mixtures evenly among 10 popsicle molds. If desired, swirl more with a knife or popsicle stick.
- Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for 6 hours, or overnight. If needed, lightly dip popsicle mold in warm water to remove pops.
