    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2. Line a 17.25 x 11.5-inch cookie sheet with foil and place crackers flat side to side with salt side up.
    3. Melt unsalted butter on medium heat (slowly as it will burn easily) about 5 minutes. Add sugar and stir constantly until mixture comes to a quick boil. Remove butter mixture from heat. Immediately pour butter mixture over crackers. Make sure all crackers are covered with butter mixture. Then, sprinkle pecans all over.
    4. Bake for 15 minutes. Once removed from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips all over top.
    5. Let sit for a minute to allow chocolate chips to melt. Use a fork and gently spread chocolate all over top.
    6. Place in refrigerator until completely cooled (about 4 hours). Peel off foil and break into pieces.

    I made these before a mommy & me group meeting. Very easy and quick to make (just need adequate time to cool). Everyone loved these and ate everything I brought!

    1. Coloque las galletas Original Club Crackers en un molde para hornear galletas forrado con papel de aluminio, con la parte que tiene la sal para arriba.
    2. Derrita la mantequilla a fuego lento. Anada el azucar moviendo constantemente hasta que la mezcla comience a hervir.
    3. Inmediatamente vierta sobre las galletas cubriendolas bien y riegue los pedazos de pacanas por encima.
    4. Hornee a 350°F por 15 minutos. Una vez fuera del horno riegue los pedacitos de chocolate por encima de las galletas calientes.
    5. Con un tenedor esparza el chocolate derretido sobre todas las galletas.
    6. Coloque en el refrigerador hasta que las galletas esten frias.
    7. Una vez frias saqueles el papel de aluminio y corte en pedazos.
