It really doesn't get much easier than this 4 ingredient recipe. Homemade Strawberry Cream Cheese is super easy to make yourself. It's great as a spread for bagels and toast or as a dip for fruits. Perfect for brunch, Valentine’s Day breakfast or Mother Day Lunch.

Directions

  1. Wash and hull strawberries.
  2. Slice strawberries.
  3. Add strawberries to a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  5. Gently mash strawberries.
  6. In bowl of a mixer, whisk cream cheese until smooth.
  7. Add strawberries and whisk on medium until pink and strawberries are incorporated.
  8. Whisk in strawberry extract if adding.
  9. Place into fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

If strawberries aren’t in season, you may need a bit of strawberry extract to elevate the strawberry flavor.
