Tiramisu Crostini Bites

Ingredients
- 1 container (8 ounces) mascarpone cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoons brewed espresso or strong coffee
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 loaf (8 ounces) whole grain or regular French bread, cut into 24 (1/4-inch slices), toasted
Directions
- Combine mascarpone cheese, sugar and coffee mixing until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips; mix lightly.
- Spread on toasted bread, serve immediately.
A fun twist on traditional tiramisu. This was a fun addition to my brunch this weekend.
