  • 1 container (8 ounces) mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 loaf (8 ounces) whole grain or regular French bread, cut into 24 (1/4-inch slices), toasted
Ingredientes

Directions

  1. Combine mascarpone cheese, sugar and coffee mixing until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips; mix lightly.
  2. Spread on toasted bread, serve immediately.
