Southern & sassy while still being plenty sweet. My life revolves around God, family, friends, food and my woodshop. I love to tell a good story and to make folks laugh. Food is a language of love that is universal, and I love to speak that language with anyone who’ll indulge me. No Cordon Bleu for this gal, just some really good home training from my grandma, my mama and instinct. I pray over my cakes and pies in the oven  just like they use to too. For me, baking is all about the smile and if someone reaches for a 2nd helping. That’s the best compliment a gal could get: Not worrying about the calories & the soul-satisfying “Mmmmm!”
